Assyafaah
Mosque is a 4 Storey Building with a Basement
and also the 5th Mosque built under phase 3 of
the Mosque Building Fund Scheme.
The
Designs and Structures are different and the Mosque
is unique in this Sembawang Estate.
Our
Facilities mission to maintain the beautiful modern
mosque was the High standard of Maintenance.
The Facilities Department comprises
of qualified, knowledgeable and dedicated members.
Departments too are categories into 3 Divisions,
i.e.

Health & Security
Our Objective toward the High
Standard of Maintenance was;
To implement comprehensive strength
maintenance program using Regulations and Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP).
To provide policies and procedures
for ensuring a safe, healthy and secured, minimizing
any unsafe acts and conditions that cause injury,
illness or damage the mosque property.
To protect and safeguard mosque
assets and define emergency response plans and
procedures to ensure the most effective during
emergency situations.
Implement Documentation Control
to comply with Singapore Quality Award Standard.
Facilities Department Policies
of Assyafaah is;
- To
perform facilities maintenance work cost effectively
and efficiently by using Maintenance Management
System
- Must
process in place to ensure current and accurate
inventory of equipments entered into Documentation
Management to monitor spending profiles, monthly
management reviews on maintenance and track
costs as well as projected plans.

Prepare guidelines for assigning Work Type in
Mosque Facilities accordingly to the requirements.
The
Facilities Department will be the overall responsibility
for the proper operation and maintenance, efficient
in daily operation, safety and security of the
assets.
